01Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to DYT Groups (“we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing this Website, creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

We may update these terms when reasonably required. The current version applies from the “Last updated” date displayed above.

02Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or use the Website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Information submitted to DYT Groups must be accurate and your use must comply with these terms and applicable law.

03Account Registration & Security

You may be required to create an account for certain Website features or orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity performed through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend an account used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

04Products, Compatibility & Information

We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability and prices accurate. Minor colour differences may occur because of lighting, photography or screen settings, and errors may occasionally appear.

• Product features, included accessories and warranty vary by model or series.
• Vehicle compatibility may depend on brand, model, year, trim, dashboard, wiring, CANBUS and original equipment.
• Before ordering a vehicle-specific item, provide accurate vehicle information and, when requested, a dashboard photograph.

05Orders & Order Process

1. You submit an order with accurate product, vehicle, contact, billing and delivery information.
2. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request but does not guarantee acceptance or stock allocation.
3. The order is accepted when DYT Groups confirms availability, final price, compatibility where applicable, and payment or approved payment terms.
4. We may contact you to verify information or request supporting details before processing.

We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or inability to confirm compatibility. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the agreed method.

06Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and may change before order confirmation. Delivery, installation or other charges are shown or communicated separately when applicable.

• Available methods may include card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery where offered, and in-store payment.
• You confirm that payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected method.
• An order may be held until cleared payment or approved credit terms are confirmed.

07Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, address accuracy, weather, customs, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Inspect the order promptly and report an incorrect, missing or visibly damaged item as soon as possible.

08Installation Terms

Installation may be performed by an independent third-party technician. Unless DYT Groups expressly confirms otherwise in writing, the installer’s service is separate from the product sale.

• The customer should test the product and agreed functions at the time of installation.
• DYT Groups is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect wiring, incompatible accessories, unauthorised modification or third-party installation.
• Product warranty does not automatically cover installation workmanship.

Leaving the installation location after testing normally confirms acceptance of the installation condition and visible functionality, without removing any non-excludable legal rights or valid product-warranty claim.

09Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility depends on the reason, timing, product condition and applicable exclusions. Return requests generally must be submitted within seven calendar days of receipt. Installed, modified, used or incomplete items are not normally returnable unless an eligible manufacturing defect or DYT Groups error is confirmed.

10Warranty Conditions

Not every product includes a warranty. Coverage, duration and exclusions depend on the product, brand, series, warranty card and invoice. A warranty may become invalid through tampering, unauthorised repair, misuse, external damage or incorrect installation.

11Acceptable Website Use

You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with operation, scrape content at unreasonable scale, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person or use Website material for unlawful activity.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, business operations or legal rights.

12Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, product presentation and other content belong to DYT Groups or the applicable rights holder. Content may not be copied, republished, altered, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, DYT Groups is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from Website use, product use, third-party installation or inability to use a product. Our maximum aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use information needed to operate the Website, communicate with customers, process orders, deliver products, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Further information appears in the Privacy Policy.

15Changes, Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. The competent courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rule or other jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded.
