General Warranty Terms

Coverage: All DYT Groups products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 06 months from the purchase date. This warranty is applicable for domestic and international customers.

Services: At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective components during normal use within the warranty period. Parts and labor are covered, but customers are responsible for transportation costs.

Specific Product Warranties

• Car Electronics: Products like multimedia systems, Cameras, LED headlights accessories are covered under a 12-month warranty.
• Professional Installations: Warranty durations for installation services vary depending on the product and service type.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• External interference (e.g., weak signal reception, static, or antenna issues).
• Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or environmental conditions (e.g., extreme weather, floods).
• Cosmetic damages or misuse.
• Installation or removal costs.
• Damage from accidents, theft, or vandalism.

Warranty Claims

To claim warranty service, present an original purchase receipt. Online receipts from unauthorized sellers are not accepted. DYT Groups retains the right to repair, replace, or refund at its sole discretion.

Important Notes

• Repairs are covered for 30 days or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
• Misuse or modifications void the warranty.
