DYT Groups - Warranty Terms

These Warranty Terms apply to products (“Products”) purchased from DYT Groups, whether online via dytgroups.com or from our showroom/store in Dubai.
1. Warranty Scope & Duration
- We warrant that Products will be free from material defects in workmanship and manufacturing under normal use.
- The standard warranty period is 6 months from date of purchase — unless a longer or shorter period is specified separately for a particular product (on the product page or invoice). Ensure kindly whatsapp us +971 50 644 2129.
- Winca Brand items For installed products (e.g. car multimedia units), warranty covers the Product itself but not improper installation, wiring issues, or damage caused by installation errors.
- Only Winca Brand items have Warranty. not all items
2. What Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, and subject to the conditions below, we will — at our option — repair or replace any Product that fails because of a manufacturing defect or defect in materials.
- Hardware or electronic defects (e.g. unit does not power on, major functional failure).
- Defects arising from normal use under recommended conditions.
- Unite Software issues not cover in warranty. check it before buy/place a order.
3. What Warranty Does NOT Cover / Exclusions
The warranty will not apply in the following cases:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, floods, fire, water ingress, or exposure to harsh environment (heat, humidity, chemicals, salt, etc.).
- Damage due to improper installation or wiring by anyone other than an authorized technician from DYT Groups.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that do not affect functionality.
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs carried out by third parties not authorized by us.
- Missing original packaging, serial number, warranty card, or purchase invoice.
- Normal wear and tear, consumables, or damage caused by external accessories or incompatible parts.
4. Warranty Claim Conditions
To make a warranty claim:
- You must provide the original invoice or purchase receipt showing date of purchase.
- You must deliver the Product (or bring to our showroom/authorized service center) within the warranty period.
- If applicable, you must use the Product as instructed, and provide a clear description (and optionally photos/videos) of the defect or issue.
- If installation was done by us, the wiring details, car model and installation invoice must be provided to validate warranty for installed items.
5. Remedies / Warranty Services
If the claim is valid and approved, we will — at our discretion — perform one of the following:
- Repair the defective Product.
- Replace with a new or refurbished equivalent Product.
- Provide a refund (only if repair or replacement is not possible and subject to our policy at the time).
Repaired or replaced units will carry the remaining period of the original warranty or at least 30 days, whichever is longer.
6. Shipping / Return Costs for Warranty
- If defect is due to manufacturing fault and within warranty — shipping of defective unit back to us will be at our cost (if we ask you to send it), but re-shipping the repaired or replacement unit may be charged to you (unless otherwise agreed).
- If warranty claim is invalid (e.g. damage from misuse, improper installation) — you will be responsible for return shipping costs and handling.
7. Limitations & Disclaimers
Except as provided in this Warranty Terms, DYT Groups disclaims all other warranties, express or implied (including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability). Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the Product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Product.
8. Warranty Invalidity
The warranty will be void if:
- The Product has been tampered with, opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- The Product is used in a vehicle or environment for which it was not designed.
- The Product shows signs of misuse, neglect, improper installation, or external damage (water, impact, heat, chemical exposure, etc.).
- The original purchase invoice, warranty card, serial number or other proofs of purchase are not provided.
9. How to Claim Warranty
To submit a warranty claim, please:
- Contact us via phone or email (see contact details below) with your order/invoice number and a description (with photos/videos if possible) of the issue.
- Send or bring the Product (with all parts, accessories, original packaging) to our showroom or service address — or ship it if agreed.
- Wait for our technical evaluation. We will notify you of the result and next steps (repair, replacement, refund) within a reasonable time (usually within 5–10 business days after receiving the Product).
