Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other external factors.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is delivered to your address or picked up from our store.

You must inspect items at the time of delivery and notify us immediately of any issues. Late reply, we can't help you.

8. Installation Terms

We don't have Installation services; it's provided by a third party (technicians) you must be tested at the time of installation.

We are not responsible for damages caused by third‑party installers or incorrect installation outside our shop.

Once the customer leaves the premises after installation, the system is considered fully tested and accepted.

9. Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product upon delivery

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Items installed, opened, damaged or used cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
