This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products (“Products”) purchased from DYT Groups, whether via dytgroups.com or in-store at our Dubai showroom.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer returns for Products under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the Product. (You may adjust this timeframe — e.g. 14 or 30 days — based on your policy.)
- The Product is unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, labels, and any included documentation (manuals, warranty card, invoice, etc.).
- The Product is not installed (for items requiring installation), and has not been damaged by misuse, improper installation or external causes.
2. What Can & Cannot Be Returned
Returns are accepted in the following situations:
- You received a wrong item (different product/model than ordered).
- The product is defective or damaged on delivery (physical damage, non-functional at arrival).
- You changed your mind (subject to Product being unopened / uninstalled, and still in resalable condition).
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used, installed, or modified items (unless there is a manufacturing defect and approved under warranty).
- Products missing original packaging, serial number, accessories, or invoice.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, abuse, water/heat exposure, or other external causes.
- Customized or specially ordered items (if applicable — for example: custom wiring kits, custom-built units), unless the customization was by mistake or error on our side.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within the return window via email or phone (see “Contact Information” below), with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if applicable (especially for damaged / defective items).
- If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the Product — either by bringing it to our Dubai showroom or shipping it back (if shipping-based purchase), depending on your location and agreement.
- Return shipment (if any) must be prepaid by you unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Save proof of shipment until return is complete.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned Product and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process refund or exchange as per below.
4. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Depending on the reason for return and return condition, we will — at our discretion — provide one of the following:
- Full refund: if the Product is faulty, damaged, or wrong, and return is justified.
- Partial refund or restocking deduction: if the Product is returned simply because you changed your mind — we may deduct a restocking fee or shipping costs (if applicable). For example, we might deduct a fixed fee (or percentage) depending on the Product size/weight or freight cost.
- Exchange: you may request an exchange to a different model or a similar product of equivalent value (subject to availability).
- Store credit / voucher: if refund or exchange is not feasible, we may offer store credit for the returned Product’s value.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible. Refunds or credits will be issued after the returned Product passes inspection and within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 7–14 business days after we receive the return).
5. Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective or damaged Product), we will cover the return shipping cost (or provide a prepaid return label, if feasible).
- If the return is due to change of mind or customer error (wrong choice, changed decision), return shipping costs and any restocking charges will be borne by the customer.
- If the Product was to be installed by us, and installation was not yet done — shipping/return costs to original or new location may apply depending on distance and logistics; we will clarify at return-approval time.
6. Refund Exceptions & Special Cases
We cannot accept returns or guarantee refunds in the following cases:
- The Product shows signs of installation, customization, alteration, or external damage.
- The Product is missing accessories, original packaging, serial number, invoice or other tags/labels.
- The return request is made after the return window has expired.
- The Product is among categories we designate as non-returnable (e.g. opened/unboxed electronics after installation, software licences, special orders, clearance or “final sale” items — if applicable and clearly specified in product description).

8. Changes to Our Return Policy
We may modify this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective as of the “Last updated” date at top of this page. Continued use of our Website or purchase of Products after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
