Delivery / Shipping Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how we at DYT Groups ship and deliver orders placed through our website or purchased from our store.
1. Order Processing
Once you place an order on dytgroups.com or in our showroom, we will process your order within a maximum of 24–48 hours (excluding weekends or public holidays), provided payment and shipping details are valid.
You will receive a confirmation via email, SMS or phone (depending on the info you provided) once your order is confirmed and ready for shipping or pickup.
2. Delivery Zones & Methods
- Within UAE (Domestic): We ship to all Emirates across the UAE via trusted courier partners or using in-house delivery for inside of UAE.
- International Shipping: International shipping may be offered for select products — items weigh, delivery times and shipping costs depend on destination country, customs clearance, and shipping method selected at checkout.
If international shipping is selected, please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
- Standard Delivery (within UAE): 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express (24 hours) Delivery (if applicable): Available in certain areas (e.g. Dubai) for orders placed before a specific cutoff time; charges may apply.
- International Delivery: Delivery time varies — estimate provided at checkout depending on destination and courier schedule.
These are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed in case of courier issues, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total price, weight/size of the items, and destination address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
Some times We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain threshold (for example, orders exceeding AED 800 — you can set your own threshold as per your policy). This will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we cancel or refuse the order or the shipment is returned to us due to our fault (e.g. wrong item shipped, courier error).
5. Order Acceptance & Changes
Your order confirmation (email/SMS) does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order after reviewing stock availability, payment verification, and shipping feasibility.
We may supply fewer items than ordered (partial shipments) — if so, you will only be charged for items we actually ship.
If you need to make changes (address, phone number, delivery method), please contact us as soon as possible — before dispatch — to avoid delays or mis-delivery.
6. Delivery & Recipient Responsibilities
- Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete.
- Ensure that someone is present at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window, or provide delivery instructions if needed.
- If you request rerouting or re-delivery due to incorrect address or change of mind, additional shipping charges may apply, and we are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by such changes.
- Inspect the package upon receipt — check for visible damage, missing items or flaws. If there is visible damage or incorrect product, please refuse delivery or accept with reservation and notify us immediately.
7. Returns & Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because of an invalid address, refusal by recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts — we will refund the order value minus the shipping cost (and any return-shipping cost, if applicable).
We are not responsible for:
• Loss or delay resulting from incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
• Damage caused after delivery that results from improper handling by the recipient or third parties.
• Extra costs due to change of address, re-route, or re-delivery requests by the customer.
8. Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number or delivery reference (via email or SMS) so you can follow your shipment through the courier’s tracking platform or our “My Orders” dashboard (if you created an account).
If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch (or you lose it), contact us and we will resend or assist with delivery tracking.
9. Shipping for Installed Products / In-Store Pickup
For products installation (e.g. car multimedia head-units, dash-cams), services is provided by us in store (installation charges will be apply) — delivery times may vary depending on installer schedule and car model. You must ensure the installer has correct car details at order time.
Alternatively, customers may choose to pick up products from our showroom (address: Dubai, Deira — Shop 04, Fatma Eid Building, Al Musalla Road). In-store pickup will be subject to prior confirmation, and you are responsible for checking the product before taking it.
